Required Skill Sets:

  • Minimum 1-year agency experience
  • Ability to multitask various work streams
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and third parties
  • Basic Photoshop skills desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and reading skills (GCSE English minimum B+)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • A second language would be highly desirable but not mandatory.

We’re an international marketing agency headquartered in Tunbridge Wells. We develop strategies and creative ideas to help brands increase their brand awareness and sales.

We work across both B2C and B2B marketing, with over half of our output going live for international campaigns and international brands.

About the Role:

This role is your opportunity to drive your career forward and be exposed to a wide range of marketing projects across all channels and levels of creative production. We anticipate you to be promoted to an Account Manager position within 24 months depending on your PPD. You will be given ownership of work streams, given responsibilities and offered opportunities to learn from an integrated team of specialists who will support you and facilitate your personal career development.

You’ll be working with clients from the USA and Canada to implement their international marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. You’ll be in charge of taking new briefs and trafficking them through our agency to ensure they are delivered on time and to the agreed budget. It is essential that you are an excellent multitasker with the ability to spin lots of plates without letting any drop. You will report into the account management team whilst having a lot of autonomy to deliver your own projects.

You will currently be working remotely until the pandemic is better under control, with the view to bring people back to the office 2-3 days a week.
