We’re delighted to welcome Louise to SWC Partnership as our new Creative Director – a bold new chapter in our creative journey. With 25 years of industry experience, Louise brings a wealth of creative vision, brand storytelling mastery and an undeniable spark that has already made waves in some of the UK’s most iconic campaigns.

Louise joins us with experience as Head of Art and Design at agencies including BMB, The &Partnership, Sky Creative and BETC – alongside other notable London agencies including BBH, M&C Saatchi and JWT – where she led award-winning work across FMCG, automotive, beauty and retail, and charity sectors. Her client roster includes brands like Audi, Rimmel, Bacardi, Marks & Spencer, British Gas, LinkedIn and Coca-Cola, delivering work that is both commercially impactful and culturally resonant.

Award winning

With a career built on collaboration, craft and creative bravery, Louise has earned accolades from D&AD, Cannes Lions, Creative Circle and Art Director’s Club, and a place in Campaign’s 40 Over 40.

But Louise’s creativity doesn’t stop at the studio door. A passionate advocate for female leadership in the industry, a dedicated mentor, Chairwoman of creative not-for-profit The TypoCircle, and a keen surfer, she’s just as inspiring outside the boardroom. She believes in building teams where everyone can thrive – where ideas are nurtured, and bold thinking is the norm.

Louise’s vision is clear: creativity with purpose, work that moves people, and campaigns that create long-term brand value. As we step into this exciting new era, we’re thrilled to have her leading the charge.

Welcome, Louise.

Louise added: “I’m excited to join such a passionate and forward-thinking team. Great work comes from brave ideas, good people, giving craft and exploration space, diverse voices and strong partnerships – and I can’t wait to see what we can build.”
