As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary here at SWC Partnership, I’ve taken a moment to reflect on the journey that got us here. We all feel incredibly proud and grateful to have hit this milestone – it marks a decade of hard work and growth (not to mention tenacity!). Our journey has felt nothing short of extraordinary (to think it all started in my kitchen all those years ago!). We’re about nothing if not teamwork, and we owe our success to our dedicated SWC team, loyal clients, and supportive partners. We couldn’t have done it without you!

SWC Partnership was founded with a clear vision: to create a marketing agency that not only delivers exceptional results but also fosters a thriving people culture. Over the past ten years, we have stayed true to this vision, building an agency that is both a great place to work, and a powerhouse for our clients.

A Thriving Culture
At the heart of our success is our people culture. From the get-go it was our aim to create a fun, positive workplace culture that not only aligned with our values and mission, but meant our team would feel valued, have a great time at work, and want to stay. We’ve all worked in toxic work environments – life’s too short for that! Our ethos of creating brilliant work in a great environment has paid off, earning us a spot in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work. We ranked in the top 100 UK companies and achieved a top 10 position in the SME category. We couldn’t have been more thrilled! This recognition is a testament to our commitment to our team’s wellbeing and professional development, and the determination to make working at SWC fun and fulfilling – all spearheaded by our Head of People & Culture, Stef Garner. A Strategic Acquisition
In 2023, our journey took an exciting turn when we were acquired by UP THERE, EVERYWHERE, the global cloud-based marketing agency. This strategic move has significantly enhanced our capabilities, benefiting both our staff and clients. We can now collaborate more widely, have access to even more experts, and we like to say our activity can now ‘follow the sun’, as we have members of the team based all over the world. The acquisition has allowed us to expand our services and reach, providing even greater value to our clients. Not to mention the opportunity for team travel – here we are at a client services meet up in Palma earlier this year 🏝️

Sharing Our Story
Our story and insights have even garnered attention beyond our immediate industry. We were recently featured on Jason Swenk’s globally recognized marketing podcast where we shared our experiences in the creative industry, and lessons learned across years of client service and delivery. This feature as well as others since has helped us connect with a broader audience, and reinforce our reputation as thought leaders in the marketing world.
We may be experts in our field, but we never stop looking for opportunities to learn and innovate. Our motto is ‘Live, learn, evolve’, and the team are constantly developing their skills and sharing new tools and ways of working with one another, to always keep us ahead of the curve.

Looking Ahead
As I think back on the past decade, I’m excited and motivated about the future. Our journey is far from over, in fact we’re just warming up! And we can’t wait for the next chapter.
