Celebrating 2 Year’s being part of UP Group

SWC has now been part of UP THERE, EVERYWHERE for 2 years and we haven’t looked back. One of the big opportunities for SWC was to be further enhanced by UP’s global coverage and services, resulting in us being able to help our clients with feet on the ground around the world.

This has truly succeeded and we’re able to plan globally and act locally like never before. For example, we’re able to lead a focus group in the USA, manage a roadshow across Europe and provide transcreation support in Japan all at the same time.

Everyone says global. But as a cloud-first agency, it really adds to what makes us different. Our modular set up means when the sun goes down in one timezone, the baton is passed to a colleague who’s UP and energised for another day.

It makes us flexible to work with, and fast, when you need us to be, but most importantly – with so many diverse skills and perspectives to draw on – means we can plan globally, whilst acting locally too.

Wider Services

We’re now also able to offer further services all under one roof, integrated from the very beginning, offering clients a full service turnkey solution when working with us. For example, we can now include the UP for Digital team to produce bespoke websites, the UP Labs team to carry out market research and the UP for Life team boasting 60+ scientists and 15 PhD holders for those complex life science brands like Thermo Fisher.

Our People

The advantages haven’t just been for our clients, our team have also benefited in many ways. For example, we all flew to Palma, Mallorca, in March for a 2-day meet up where we carried out training and workshops with fellow colleagues from all over the world. We’ve also enjoyed working remotely across some of the UP bases such as summer in Stockholm.
