SWC Partnership Takes Off With Eurowings Appointment

Eurowings has appointed SWC Partnership to announce the airline’s arrival in the UK.

SWC Partnership’s first project for Eurowings has been to plan and manage an experiential campaign for the airline at London’s Wonderground, on the Southbank. The activation included sponsorship and an open-plan ‘steam punk’ slow motion booth. Users were encouraged to capture their videos and share them across social media. The activation was supported through integrated branded activities.

Eurowings has now been flying long-haul routes since the end of 2015. The airline focuses on budget flights within the Group, Germanwings flies on its behalf. The Lufthansa Group also intends to use the new Eurowings to remain competitive in point-to-point transits. With more than a hundred aircraft, Eurowings is set to become number one in our home markets.

“We’re delighted with the appointment to support Eurowings. Our full service, media neutral proposition, allows us to ensure we recommend the most appropriate marketing communications that support our clients’ objectives and budgets – traditional advertising is not always the solution. The campaign was creatively disruptive in order to build awareness & communicate the airline’s routes among our audience.”
