Whiskas asked us to support the launch of Purradise, a global brand activation designed to strengthen brand affinity and loyalty to Whiskas. Our role was to develop a suite of emails that would support the global campaign and connect with audiences in France, Germany and the UK.

For this project, we faced several key challenges. One of the primary hurdles was delivering a consistent and engaging brand narrative across three distinct markets, each with its own language and cultural nuances. In addition, the team had to navigate a crowded inbox environment, ensuring that Whiskas’ communications cut through the noise and stood out from competitors. Another critical challenge was encouraging consumers to explore the "Purradise" world, inspiring them to engage with the brand and enter their country’s competition.
Throughout, SWC worked to preserve the playfulness and strong emotional connection that has long been at the heart of the Whiskas brand, ensuring that all messaging remained authentic and true to its identity.

We created a distinctive creative look and feel for the Purradise emails that brought the brand universe to life through digital-first storytelling. This included rich media assets designed to spark curiosity, increase click-throughs and convert interest into active engagement.
Alongside the creative platform, we delivered all copywriting and transcreation, ensuring that tone, language and cultural nuances were adapted for each market while remaining unmistakably aligned with the Whiskas brand.

The campaign delivered strong engagement across all territories and drove high-quality traffic to the Purradise experience. Consumers interacted with, and shared, their personalised results in significant numbers as well as took part in the gamified competitions. SWC’s approach helped establish the Purradise campaign as a standout initiative within the petcare category, supporting long-term brand affinity and repeat purchase of Whiskas products.
