The challenge

LinkedIn were preparing to exhibit at the Gartner HR Symposium 2025 at London ExCel, and turned to SWC Partnership to bring their attendance at the event, to life. This was a flagship moment in their calendar, demanding a strong, unified presence that would engage senior HR leader attendees and position LinkedIn as a trusted partner in data, innovation, expertise, and AI.

From event logistics and booth activations to a Day 1 speaker session and creative design, our team was responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end experience that helped LinkedIn stand out from competitors and connect meaningfully with their target audience – acting as an extension of their team.

Acting as an extension of the LinkedIn team, we created an immersive stand experience built around the theme of partnership and innovation.
