Celebrating Jo Cornford's New Role as Group Account Director

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Jo Cornford to Group Account Director. Jo’s time with us has been characterised by her incredible dedication to client service, broad expertise, and passion for bringing teams together to deliver outstanding results. 

A wealth of experience 

Jo brings over two decades of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, having worked on campaigns spanning from cars to eggs (yes, really!), beer to digital transformation and cats to electric vehicles. Her diverse background has equipped her with a unique approach and a comprehensive understanding of a wide variety of industries. You can read more about her career history and time with us here.

Client-centric approach 

Jo’s ability to deeply understand our clients’ businesses has been pivotal in crafting tailored strategies that resonate with their target audiences. She has a knack for understanding the client’s pain points to identify key opportunities and challenges, ensuring that our solutions are both innovative and effective. Leadership and organisational excellence 

As an Account Director, Jo oversees a number of accounts, ensuring excellence in delivery and the health of the accounts within the agency. She also gets involved in business development opportunities, sharing our experience and creative credentials with potential new clients.

In her new role as Group Account Director, Jo will work even more strategically with our clients, contributing to the enhancement of SWC’s company structure as we continue to grow and expand each year. Her forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in achieving our vision for the future.
